Bio: Sally A. Ginter, CEO

Sally Ginter founded Ginter & Company, LLC in 1998 to provide business development services to technology based companies seeking growth through new business development. Ginter & Company is an alliance of business development and technical professionals possessing extensive know-how and experience in the design and implementation of practices that deliver successful business growth. Prior to founding her company, Ginter was employed by The Dow Chemical Company for 30 years. She retired from Dow as the Global Director of the New Business Development Competency Center. The center was responsible for developing and implementing process capabilities for business development for all of Dow’s global chemical and plastics businesses. During her career at Dow, she held various leadership positions in research, technical service and development, business development, and business management.

In 1990, she received recognition from the U.S. Patents & Trademarks Office for being one of the most prolific female inventors in corporate America holding 23 patents in chemical and plastics related technologies. She was named to the 1992 Academy of Women Achievers by the YWCA of New York City. She is listed in Who’s Who of American Women and in National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.

Ginter has a B.A. degree in chemistry from Albion College.. She has enriched her education through advanced studies in product and business development.
